We want to ensure you have all the information you need about our interim support services. Here are some of the most commonly asked questions by our hotels and venues.

  • What kind of support have other hotels had in the past?
    Anything from inputting enquiries, conversion calls to having full support where we manage enquiries through to the event planning stage, it really is all about you and what support you require.
  • How do the team manage contracts?
    We work with an online e-signature platform to allow the customer ease of signing contracts on computers, laptops, iPads and other mobile devices. You are copied into the communication so that you have a record of the completed signed contract.
  • Where will the interim support team be based?
    Subject to location the team can be on property or alternatively, your dedicated event sales executive will work remotely and within a virtual office environment, meaning you can enter the office online at any time during working hours to have a chat with them. We also set up a telephone line with the same area code as your hotel location. Our team are logged into the remote phone system throughout the day so we can answer all calls for the property as if we were on property. This creates a seamless experience for the customer. You can also transfer calls direct from the hotel or if you have an automated system you can have the calls diverted to us, we then answer the phone as if we were an extension of your team.
  • Can the team work with our existing systems?
    If your property management system is cloud-based based we can log on remotely, however, you can of course provide company laptops for the team to work with.
  • Is there a minimum number of days I have to contract to?
    No, we work with you and what you need so this could be one day a week, part-time or full-time hours it just depends on what support you might feel you need.
  • How do you protect our data?
    Before we access any systems or discuss any hotel strategy with you, we sign a non-disclosure agreement.
