With over 20 years of experience in hotels across the UK, Vicky specialises in group, meeting and event sales and revenue. Before starting her own hotel support business, Vicky worked with a portfolio of 28 hotels leading the teams through a time of brand and ownership change, she delivered a sales strategy and developed the teams in enquiry handling, conversion, pricing strategy, and event planning.

Utilising her extensive knowledge and experience, Vicky empowers, motivates, and develops the team she is working with, delivering sales solutions with proven results.

Since launching Vicky Roberts Hotel Support Ltd in 2019 the business has experienced significant growth, providing interim sales support, system and team development and process solutions to four and five star venues across the UK and Europe.
