With over 20 years experience in hotels across the UK, Vicky specialises in Meeting and Event sales and revenue. Before starting her own hotel support business, Vicky has worked with hotel brands including; Macdonald Hotels, Paramount Hotels, The Hotel Collection and more recently with Hallmark Hotels as Group Meeting and Events Development Manager. She supported a portfolio of 28 hotels located across the UK. Leading the teams through a time of brand and ownership change, she delivered a sales strategy and developed the teams in enquiry handling, conversion, pricing strategy and event planning.


Using her knowledge and experience Vicky empowers, motivates and develops the team she is working with, finding sales solutions with proven results.
