Over the past 20 years Vicky’s experience has developed her knowledge of both Meeting and Event, Reservation and Reception teams. She can identify sales solutions quickly, review working practices and recommend strategies that will deliver results.

 

Always having revenue generation and team motivation at the forefront of Vicky’s mind she will review how the team work together, enquiry handling, the tools they have to convert the business and how they manage their time.

 

Once the solutions have been presented and agreed, Vicky will deliver on property training and provide supporting documents for the team to use and retrain.
