About Sarah
Sarah has over 24 years of experience in the Hospitality Industry, with a strong skill set in Project Management and Process Streamlining. She has held senior positions including Head of Reservations, Front Office Development Manager, and Revenue Manager, as well as pivotal roles as both a National and Regional Systems Trainer.
​
In her recent work, Sarah has been collaborating with AI partners to enhance reservation efficiencies, developing bespoke operational guides that enable AI systems to be tailored around specific business needs. Her expertise covers AI implementation, troubleshooting, and seamless integration into existing hotel processes. Working closely with both on-property teams and AI partners, Sarah ensures that solutions support all areas of the business, from reservations and front desk operations to finance, optimising performance and guest experience alike.

She has designed and delivered training programmes, supported hotels with front office and systems training, and worked closely with regional leadership to drive performance through revenue tools, KPIs, and best practice procedures.

A central support professional, Sarah combines expertise across sales, revenue, operations, financial controls, and hospitality, including new openings. Known for her highly motivated and approachable style, she has a proven ability to train and develop teams at all levels, enabling them to achieve high standards and deliver exceptional results.
