Vicky Roberts spent over 20 years working inside the hospitality industry before founding the business in 2019. She understood the pressures of a busy M&E sales office from the inside - the enquiries that went cold, the systems that weren’t configured properly, the new starters who needed training that nobody had time to deliver.

Vicky Roberts Hotel Support was created to solve exactly those problems.

What began as a one-person interim support operation has grown into a specialist team of 15 hospitality professionals, trusted by 4 and 5-star hotels, boutique venues and hotel groups across the UK and Europe.

We are a boutique hospitality consultancy specialising in Meetings & Events sales, reservations and commercial operations.
